We have a major hole in the ceiling in the family room. Then last night the toilet in the hall bathroom just decided not to flush anymore and we had backup in the bathtub. Daryl Weech came this morning, and after using a 75ft. snake, and several hours, it is still not working. We can't even use the sink in there. Much fun going on here.

Boy oh boy! Lot's of fun going on at your house!! But you can keep it. I don't want that kind of fun. Can't wait for pictures of the "after" of your ceiling.
Oh dear, not fun. Remodeling cuz you want to is bad enough. Dealing with fix-up issues that are thrown at you are yucky. At least you only have the two of you to share one bathroom.
I can make a call and get a port-a-potty delivered and set up out back if you need it......????
