but for some it is a day of horror and heartbreak.
so for that reason today i will be celebrating
anti-valentines day.
all those who wish to participate must follow these simple rules:1.wear only black to represent the soul you possess.
2. swear off all things valentine.
3. cut your wrists and black your eyes...(the ones who actually do this will be smiled upon, however singing the song will work too)
4. come to my initiation ceremony tonight.
what is the initiation ceremony you say?
tonight all who have been deemed worthy will be invited to drive to my favorite abandoned field, burn candles ritualistically, sacrifice a goldfish by putting it in a bowl and slowly boiling the water, and singing some of my favorite tunes.
so for all those who do not have a valentine out there....just know that there is a place for you in this sickeningly maudlin world.

Dear Amanda. You have many valentines - people who love you. And if by no valentine you are talking about a "man" in your life, be patient, maybe your certain someone is still being processed. Until then, enjoy all the gifts you have now, encluding you beautiful voice that makes everyone happy.
